Timeline
The Early Years
I began my journey in martial arts as a child, long before I had language for boundaries or energetic sensitivity. Teaching came early—first as an assistant instructor, then leading classes for both kids and adults. Those years taught me discipline, body awareness, and how power moves through the body when rooted in intention. Looking back, it was my first training in holding space, even though it looked like sparring and stances.
Movement, Spirit, &
Becoming (20s)
As a teen, I discovered dance and everything shifted. Movement became my freedom, my expression, and my first doorway into Spirit. I later moved to Ecuador to dance professionally and teach, and for a while it felt like my purpose was to perform and be witnessed in my fullest expression. Then I got very sick—physically, emotionally, spiritually— and I spent nearly a decade unraveling, recovering, and rebuilding. That collapse rerouted me toward the deeper work I had been resisting: healing.
The Healing Path
I became a licensed massage therapist specializing in injury recovery and prevention, bridging physical healing with the wisdom of the body. Over time, I studied and worked with practitioners across multiple modalities—from acupuncturists to physical therapists to Rolfer’s and energy healers. That’s also when my psychic abilities came online in a way I couldn’t ignore. I didn't just receive information—I felt it, I knew it, I tasted it, I smelled it, I heard it, and I saw it. And it was this that began my journey towards understanding how to work with it.
Ancestral Awakening
The turning point came when my uncle died suddenly from a brain aneurysm. In my grief, I began seeing the patterns of sickness, trauma, and emotional debris running through my lineage, and the ancestors started speaking to me directly. That’s when my path shifted from personal healing to lineage healing. I trained and became certified in multiple energetic modalities, began channeling regularly, and started offering energy work to clients. The Ancestor Banquet was born from this era—a ritual rooted in healing lineage wounds and calling in well ancestors.
Community, Ritual, & Service
I began facilitating rituals, ceremonies, and healing sessions privately and in community spaces like The Center SF, The Portal Marin, Harbin Hot Springs, and Sankofa Roots Org. I started channeling for groups, teaching intuitive development, and integrating performance with spiritual facilitation. My work expanded to include emotional somatic support, energetic house clearings, psychic development coaching, and ancestral healing. I shared these teachings on podcasts and workshops, and for the first time, I understood that my gifts weren’t just personal—they were in service.
Where I Am Now
I am integrating everything—movement, performance, ritual, channeling, teaching, and ancestral healing—into one embodied path. When I’m on stage or leading ceremony, I feel like the same person: grounded in my power, witnessed, and aligned with why I’m here. My work now is about helping others access that same alignment through lineage healing, intuitive awakening, and emotional liberation. I am committed to cultivating well ancestors, expanding psychic literacy, and helping people feel deeply supported—by Spirit, by their lineage, and by themselves.
